We pay special attention to the quality control of our research. We ensure the quality of our marketing research at all levels of the project, each of which is controlled by Agency employees with the possible participation of your representatives.
1. Preparatory stage: during the development of the field report (or a report on the collection of data for desk research), the report is confirmed by specialists before its final coordination with respect to the utility of data collection and its accessibility for various employees. After this we write detailed instructions on how to fill in data collection templates, and conduct demonstrative training sessions.
2. During the data collection process, the employee responsible for collecting the information remains in constant contact with the lead project manager. Depending on the mechanics of the research, there may also be a supervisor, a supervising auditor, site visits to the research location, or other methods.
3. When consolidating initial reports, we visually check them for accuracy, fullness, correctness, and logical implementation.
4. We use telephone interviews both to expose contentious issues and as a control tool (in both field studies and desk research; for instance, in collecting databases).
5. When processing data, we check for logical implementation, statistical deviation, and distribution of responses, and then expose uncharacteristic deviations (where data from the previous period is available, we also analyze changes over time).
